Prices were excellent, great selection of games, great offer on free shipping when spending a certain amount. Processing time wasn't instant (a lot of game stores ship same day or next morning) BUT the shipping method that the store chose was SUPER speedy and upgraded, so I had my games within just a few days of my order. Customer service was instant reply- so wonderful there, as well. I am already putting together my next order- being new to the hobby, I am thrilled to find a "local" , independent online game store that I can regularly and enthusiastically shop at.
