How fast do you ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all U.S. orders over $99 ship free.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from the Midwest, allowing most customers across the U.S. to receive their games quickly.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Pricing & Inventory
Why are your prices lower than MSRP?
We price most games up to 20% below MSRP to give customers great value while staying competitive. We believe board gaming should be accessible—and fun!
Are your games new and sealed?
Yes. Every game we sell is brand new, factory-sealed, and sourced from trusted distributors.
What if a game is out of stock?
If a game is out of stock, it typically means the distributor is between print runs. Many popular titles return within a few weeks. You can check back or message us for an estimated restock window.
Returns, Replacements & Support
What is your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. For unopened games, returns are generally accepted within 30 days—just contact us with your order number.
What if my game is missing pieces?
Publishers are great about replacing missing components quickly. If you need help contacting them, we’re happy to assist.
