Refund policy
We want you to be happy with every game you buy from Cloak & Gamer. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
You may return most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the original, unopened packaging
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase
- The item must be in resellable condition
To start a return, please contact us at contact@cloakandgamer.com. We’ll provide return instructions and let you know where to send the item. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for more expensive items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a full refund.
Please include a photo of the issue if possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Games that have been opened or used
- Items marked final sale
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original (if eligible) and placing a new order.
