At Cloak & Gamer, we’re excited to bring you the newest and most anticipated board games as soon as they become available. Please review our preorder policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Release Dates
Release dates for preorder items are estimates provided by publishers and distributors. While we always aim to ship games as quickly as possible, delays can occur and are outside of our control.
Payment
All preorder items are charged at the time of purchase. This secures your copy and guarantees you will receive the game as soon as it becomes available.
Shipping
- Preorder items will ship once they arrive at our warehouse.
- If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together when all items are available.
- If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
- Split shipping may be available upon request (additional shipping charges may apply).
Handling Time
Once a preorder arrives at our warehouse, it typically ships within 1–2 business days.
Cancellations
Preorders may be canceled any time before they ship for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
Price Protection
- If the price increases after you preorder, you are protected and will not pay more.
- If the price decreases after you preorder, the original purchase price remains in effect.
Important Notes
- We only list preorders for games we fully expect to receive.
- Inventory availability from distributors can sometimes change.
- In rare cases where a preorder cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.
