My game arrived quickly, safely packed, and with a small hand written note of thank you. It was a small thing, but worth mentioning because it speaks of the obvious care and intention they are taking with each order. Thank you!
Fast shipping, great packing material and boxing! Nice little note included too! They are now my FAVORITE online board game shop!
Great prices, excellent packaging, and fast shipping. Game arrived in perfect condition.
This order was filled very quickly and I received my games in a very timely manner. The shipping was an appropriate cost and the games themselves were markedly cheaper than I had found elsewhere. If I had more stars to give I would. I'll be returning for sure!
Five Star experience! Our order arrived in great shape with a lovely hand-written personalized thank you note from the team giving a nice personal touch to what could have been a mundane transaction. Very sweet and appreciated! We looking forward to playing our new game and will definitely be coming back.
As with my first experience with Cloak & Gamer, this was a great experience. I now know the first time wasn't just a fluke. This is a great team, and a great resource for the hobby.
Fast shipping, game arrived in great condition. Had a inventory issue with one game, offered to place in backorder and sent a code for a discount on my next purchase. Will definitely order from here a few more times!
Excellent shop with excellent customer service and a really great selection! I’m sure to stop by anytime I’m in Madison, and they’re a go to for online shopping between visits!
I was a little hesitant to purchase from a store I'd not heard before, but my game was delivered quickly, packed well, and delivered with a handwritten note. Thanks guys!
