Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only plus Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
We do not currently ship to Alaska or international destinations.
Shipping Rates
We keep shipping simple and predictable:
Continental U.S.
- $6.99 flat-rate shipping on all orders under $99
- Free shipping on orders of $99 or more
Puerto Rico
- $13.99 flat-rate shipping on all orders under $99
- $6.99 shipping on orders of $99 or more
Hawaii
- $21.99 flat-rate shipping on all orders under $99
- $17.99 shipping on orders of $99 or more
No surprises—just straightforward pricing to make checkout easy.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Orders placed after 1 PM Central Time on Friday may ship the following Monday.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within:
- 2–5 business days in the continental U.S.
We ship using trusted carriers: UPS and USPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Heavy or Oversized Items
Most of our games qualify for standard shipping. In rare cases, extra-large or heavyweight items may incur a small surcharge to cover additional shipping costs. If this applies, it will be clearly noted during checkout.
Delays & Exceptions
We strive for fast, reliable delivery, but please allow extra time during holidays, sales events, or in case of carrier delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll notify you of any significant delays.
