Dune: Imperium
Dune: Imperium
Dune: Imperium blends deck-building and worker placement in a strategic struggle for control of Arrakis. Ideal for 1–4 players, 60–120 min playtime, it's rich with faction politics, resource management, and thematic depth.
The spice must flow—but control the spice, and you control the universe! In Dune: Imperium, every agent placement and card draw brings you closer to dominance—or total defeat in the sands of Arrakis.
How the Game Works
Each round you draw a hand of cards and send agents to various locations—collecting resources (spice, water, Solari), forging alliances with factions (Emperor, Fremen, Bene Gesserit, Guild), and gaining military might. Agent placement follows classic worker placement rules, but your deck’s strength determines what actions you can perform.
Once agents are placed, you reveal remaining cards to resolve combat using your accumulated “swords.” Victory points come from faction influence, conflict victories, and intrigue. First to 10 points (or lead when conflicts are gone) wins this blend of political maneuvering and engine-building .
